Better than the rest, and not $2 a donut like rest as well. Soft, light, fluffy donuts. The glaze is a little flaky and can get messy but it's well worth it. Probably the best donut I've ever had.
This place is a community staple. The line was short but those in line were singing the praises of this spot. It was my first time and I was happy to see a local place with a line on a Tuesday morning around 9am. I got one yeast donut and one cake donut. Both were so obviously fresh. I'm normally a LONGS BAKERY person but when I'm in Brownsburg, I'm a Hilligoss gal. Theyve got it figured out here. So it's hard for me to give a star rating because we came after the post-eclipse rush (and Hilligoss didn't have much left), but I also wanted to share the photos. Given the one donut I had (raspberry filled), it was definitely better than your standard fare - good quality, maybe a little sweet but more personal preference, maybe a little small but overall a solid donut.
