“Tell City, Indiana.....The driver lied and said she delivered our pizza. I was driving ahead of her as I ran to the store real quick. I turned in my driveway and she drove past and she never came back. I knew it was our driver because she had the Pizza Hut sign on top of the vehicle. We waited for another 30 minutes. No pizza. So we called Pizza Hut. She lied and said she handed it to us. No she didn't. We paid $27 plus a $5 tip. She didn't deliver it to us and all Pizza Hut would do is give us a $20 credit. The driver kept the tip and the pizza. Not fair! She lied!!“

“Roast beef was great as always. Ordered the boneless wings to give em a try. The don't have them in honey bbq. Only hot honey and buffalo. We got the Buffalo wings. They were too hot for me to enjoy them. Don't know why they don't have them in bbq?“

“It is what it is, it's fast food, a great late night dinner, but your getting what you pay for, the service is nice which is really good these days you don't get that sometimes, so enjoy it, try the new volcano hard shell taco or burrito, they are pretty“

“Today was my first time using the kiosk for ordering and paying for food. Kim, the friendly employee, saw me and could tell I was needing help. She asked if she could help me and I said yes. Kim is a good instructor. I'm confident I will get my order on my own next time. I had a Filet O Fish, Crispy chicken, 2 apple pies and an ice coffee. It was all good. I touched base with Tiffany, Manager who is very customer satisfaction oriented. Truly an asset to this store. I appreciate front line workers like her and Kim. They help make a visit to a fast food restaurant a little special.“

“We waited inside for carryout to take back to our hotel room up the street (Holiday Inn). The employees were nice, one kept up a conversation with my 9 year old, which was nice and helped the time pass. The food was obviously hot when we got it. We got what we ordered. “We had JV & Varsity basketball games in Tell City last Saturday (1/5) & wanted to get the girls food for the bus ride home afterwards. We had all the girls (~30) fill out an order form & dropped them off before the games. We called right after the Varsity game ended to let them know we would be on our way shortly. The staff at this Wendy's handled our large order with efficiency & friendliness. When we arrived, they had all the order forms attached to bags so we could just hand each girl their food. All orders were right & we weren't there very long at all. We've seen fast food joints that would've struggled with this large order. This group handled it extremely well! Kudos!!“
