“Went to Osteria for a Birthday dinner. I ordered the special Ribeye that was offered that evening and it came not cooked as requested. We could not be more pleased with what Osteria did in the name of service recovery. Our server Kiley was unbelievable, she made sure the mistake was more than fixed as did the General Manager Laurie Cambell. Everyone makes mistakes its what you do to fix them that leaves a lasting impression. A great experience.“
“The original evening plan was for the Mrs. & I to play laser tag, but there was an hour wait until the next game.. what to do? Easy..eat of course! Tucci's was right around the corner & since we hadn't been in awhile.. why not? We hadn't been because even though they're pretty good, they had limited seafood selections, & we're pescatarian. Much to our surprise, they'd made some tasty additions to their menu since we were there last. The staff was friendly & actually remembered us from the last time we were there.. after playing laser tag..?With the cool atmosphere, & more for us to choose from on the menu now, we'll probably be back again sooner than later.. my best guess is.. it'll probably be the next time we go play laser tag..???Dietary restrictions: My wife has a few dietary restrictions, but they've always been more than willing to modify her dish to make sure it was to her liking.Parking: I've never had a problem finding free parking on the street or directly across the street in a big free lot.“

I love that my kids get to experience a local spot with their friends (and my friends) and get that awesome hometown feel. There are two employees who *regularly* go above and beyond for us. They treat us so well and are always on top of everything we need before we can ask. Puccini’s days are the highlight of our week! “I typically order from the store once a week now for the past several months. Service is adequate and the pizza is very good, albeit pricey. I have only ever had a couple of instances where I’ve needed to call to find out what happened to my pizza. Usually received it within about 20 minutes after. One of the better pizza joints in town.“
“You can usually find a consistent experience at Olive Garden and this location is no different. Our group was seated in a roomy booth and drinks came quickly. We ordered soup and salad for lunch: chicken gnocchi, minestrone, and zuppa toscana. All the soups were great and breadsticks are always fantastic with the Alfredo sauce (and now it's neverending!) The staff is friendly and service was fast.“
“If you love Italian, this is your place! One of my favorites from Lasagna to Spaghetti and more. You can walk right in without reservations most of the time. They even have a Trolley Car in the restaurant, nice touch!Parking: close to the building“
“The Diavolo Penne pasta with the Italian sausage is kicking like a mule, I say you’ve got to try it. The Carbonara bowl is a wonderful choice also. Smells delicious when you walk in, service was good and fast. I’ve been 3 times and it’s been consistently awesome.“
