“We order from this Olive Garden pretty often and have always had a good experience. Last night was the first time our food just wasn’t quite up to the quality we’re used to. I called and spoke with the manager, Sandra, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, understanding, and immediately made it right for us with no hassle at all.

Things aren’t always going to be perfect, especially at a busy restaurant, but I think how a business handles an issue says a lot. Sandra handled everything perfectly and made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely continue ordering from this location.
