I notice many times the it seems his employees are scared of him .. one time I made order and cancel it he got so mad.. and slam the register.Another occasion my husband ask Hispanic lady that the coffee was cold if she can change it she ask the one in charged , u can see she was scared to ask him.. is vey uncomfortable to see him .. now almost all girls are no there anymore .. and replace with others I don’t think he is nice guy at all .. he pretend to be nice guy but he is notLove food but his conduct I seen many times is wrong ..

So the young lady has a register was awesome. However the older guy was obnoxious apparently I'm not allowed to wait where people pick up their food watering two people in the restaurant. He just had a very annoying essence. I'll go to a different Kolache Factory from now

I had a super early, and pretty large order. The website wasn’t going to let me get it at the time I needed it, but Manuela answered my phone call and assured me that she could make it happen (with enough notice, of course). Fast forward to pickup, and it was there ready for me right when I needed it. Kolache Factory is already one of my favorite places, but the great service at this particular location means I’ll. E returning often.

Been going here for months, twice a week. I loved it so much. As an European, I love easy hand foods, and they have such delicious flavor combos!However, the service usually doesn't feel inviting. And the food has been incredibly inconsistent. Both in temperature after warming it up for you, and the stuffing itself. It's been so inconsistent that my favorite item becomes my least favorite on the bad days.I figured I would mentioned something about it today. Before I could even say/order anything, I already got a cranky look twice from the guy. And instead of recognizing the problem, all he (the manager) had to say was that it's always been the same, the recipe never changed. D'oh, I already figured the recipe wasn't the problem. Try it out, on a good day it might become your favorite food! On a bad day you'll probably not come back. 3/5 because I think the idea is great and the flavor combos are nice! Just some better supervising would be appreciated.
