This restaurant is permanently closed. This is not updated in open table. We went there and it had a sign saying they were closed and the place was empty and locked up. No notification and this put us in a bind at 7 PM on a Saturday night with no other reservations available on short notice at nearby restaurants.

Went there for an early lunch after finding out Cheesecake Factory was opening late. It was my first time trying the food here and I was looking forward to it. I think our server was overworked or slow, hard to say. We were outside & it took 15-20 min before she came for drink orders. We rarely saw her. Our food was very good, but my friend was nearly done before she brought out a condiment she requested when the food came out.

We ordered a pickup order last night while we were in town for a short getaway. There was a hiccup with the order and the manager went above and beyond to make it right. He was very nice and so was the bartender as we chatted during my wait for the correction. I really wish we would have had more time so we could have dined in. I really liked the atmosphere. I appreciated the manager’s willingness to go above and beyond to take care of my issue. The food was awesome! We couldn’t finish it so we got to have it 2 days instead of 1—yay! We will definitely be back the next time we are in Carmel and will make sure we get the full experience of dining at the restaurant rather than getting takeout. Thank you!

We tried to go here, made reservations online... but they were closed when we got there. No note on the door, no open signs, no sign of people. Considering this experience and the attempted delivery from the Keystone location when they just never made our food, I don't think I'll be trying again.

We went a little over an hour before closing and it was not busy. The service was extremely slow! I was so surprised given that there was only one other table that was occupied. The hostess asked what drinks we wanted and 20 minutes later, the waitress asked if we wanted a drink other than water. We didn't even realize she was our waitress. She comes to our table again and asks what we wanted to order, but we weren't sure yet. She simply just walked away. We were waiting about 15 minutes and my husband went looking her found her on her phone in the bar area (we were seated in the back). She takes our order and came back on 3 separate occasions (about 10 minutes apart) saying that the stuff we ordered was no longer available along with the substitute meals we ordered. Towards the end, we wanted dessert and she said they are no longer serving dessert since they are closed for the night. Food was okay but I really wanted to highlight the service. If we try it again, we'll order to go.

Cute spot, floor manager was personable and present. Service was attentive.Food was pretty heavily savory. Skip the classic meatball...overly salty and texture and flavor was ok. Fried chicken meatball was fun, bacon meatball had a nice depth of flavor and consistency. Beef meatball was good as well. Spicy marinara had a cute kick but the best sauce was BBQ.
Visited at lunch and service was very lackluster. The hostess/waitress was apparently everywhere but out front. It was not particularly busy and noticed this seemed to be the same for all. We just ordered a couple of items and the menu was a bit unique and the couple of things we got were good.

Been here several times and service is always slow. But since the food is OK and tibia the only place in the mall you can get a table during lunch, I keep coming back. Not sure what the whole excitement about their meatballs is. They are ok. But that is all. Decent fries, ok sliders.

I adore Italian and spaghetti and meatballs has been a comfort food since I was a kid. I'd been meaning to swing around here since moving to Indy years ago but finally tried this with my friend because it took reservations and was near her house.It's pricey but incredibly worth it. The food is so good. You can have any "flair" meatball you want, from fried chicken to BBQ to Italian. I went back a month later with my husband and son and it was just as good.
