You can usually find a consistent experience at Olive Garden and this location is no different. Our group was seated in a roomy booth and drinks came quickly. We ordered soup and salad for lunch: chicken gnocchi, minestrone, and zuppa toscana. All the soups were great and breadsticks are always fantastic with the Alfredo sauce (and now it's neverending!) The staff is friendly and service was fast.

Busy most evenings but if you get in early like before 6PM there's usually no wait or not much of one, menu remains limited from what it used to be except for drinks but food is good and hot and salad and breadsticks were good as usual.

We've been to many Olive Gardens over the years but when we were passing through Carmel my kids suggested we stop there for a late dinner and glad we did. For whatever reason, the food just tasted better here for some reason (the Ravioli, Fettuccine Alfredo, kids pizza etc). They even gave me a spoon to twirl my Fettuccine. I don't get that at my home location. And the staff was great too. Very helpful and accommodating.

We were there waited 20 minutes for anyone to bring anything or even come to the table then also switched tables and it wasn’t very nice walking in the host stand was really rude and not friendly. The server we got was fantastic after we switched. They need more friendly and nicer people. I’m sorry I wouldn’t want to be around servers and people like that at all.

Fettuccine Alfredo with crispy chicken was dry, not enough sauce. I didn't care for the breading on the chicken. It was a tad bit greasy and no flavor. I make it better, and I'm not a chef.The bread sticks were hard and tasteless. They must have set out all day.The salad was the only thing that seemed fresh.

I walked in to get my carry out on 03-23/2024 at 12:30 PM. , The BLACK bartender stood there and ignored me for 10 minutes, I asked if there would be someone to get my carry out and she answered with an aggressive annoyed voice that i asked her a question., She was doing nothing except standing there trying to look busy with nothing. I guess Carmel has some bad areas of business, NEVER GO THERE if you want good service.
