Fantastic service and great food. Can be a bit packed at times in the dining room where you may feel on top of your neighbor but it's not too bad. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Don't be afraid to order what you want and change things up (within reason) as they want you to be happy!
The food was good but not great. The service was alright despite us waiting 20 minutes after eating to get the check and pay. Overall, if I did not have a gift certificate I would never spend that much money for the quality of food that I received.

Went to Osteria for a Birthday dinner. I ordered the special Ribeye that was offered that evening and it came not cooked as requested. We could not be more pleased with what Osteria did in the name of service recovery. Our server Kiley was unbelievable, she made sure the mistake was more than fixed as did the General Manager Laurie Cambell. Everyone makes mistakes its what you do to fix them that leaves a lasting impression. A great experience.
