They are definitely changing up the menu at Panera. They were very low on cookies and baked goods, but it was 4 PM. Staff stood around chatting with each other while tables, floors, and restrooms needed cleaning. Salad was fresh and tasty. Iced tea was cloudy, which means it's not fresh, and the container needs cleaning. Come on, Panera! Dirty floors, tables, and restrooms reflect what is going on in the kitchen!

The last few visits there have been progressively more disappointing.On my most recent visit, it took 10+ minutes to get someone to take my order, when there were no lines to speak of. I made eye contact with a few employees who were busy chatting amongst themselves, but didn't seem to take interest in whether I needed help. I understand there are kiosks to enter your own order, but I had specific requests and wanted to make sure a real person could take the order.Food was served in a timely manner, and was the usual quality of Panera, which is good!When I went to find a table to eat, unfortunately, more disappointment: I would say the restaurant was 25% full, lots of open tables. However not a single open table was wiped down/clean. Crumbs, used napkins, empty drinks, etc. I had to wipe down my own table.I like Panera, and have had plenty of good experiences at their restaurants, but it feels like the staff/management is asleep at the wheel at this particular establishment. Hopefully things get better.

There was a piece of the microwave plastic bag in my mac & cheese. This location is slow and unpleasant to visit, and delivery is often inaccurate / missing items.

Very disappointed. We used to love the Mediterranean bowl but today it was like someone threw a salad on top of quinoa. No olives, no tahini and no feta. Plus we ordered 2 bowls and only got 1 baguette. The only plus was the girl working the takeout window was friendly.

Josh the team manager is a fun and efficient worker. Ethan is a good dishwasher and cashier. Real nice the two of them are.Kid-friendliness: Very nice and respectful atmosphere .

I was at Panera on Rangeline in Carmel today waiting in line to order food. A man came in ordered food and left, he came right back in saying his order was missing two bagels and cashier said she would fix his order for him but he started getting loud and demanded a refund and cashier remained professional and said she would do just that. He got even louder and was verbally aggressive and overall unpleasant asking for manager. Cashier got manager and then this man starts lying and says the cashier was screaming at him and being rude and saying she touched the bagels with her hands, blatantly lying on this super nice cashier who did no such thing. Guy was unhinged and made me so mad bc I didn't want that cashier to get blamed for this man's lies.The people are so entitled in this area. Hope they all read this too.

I have no idea what happened but since COVID this location is dirty (tables, carpet), under staffed, slow, poor food quality and a horrible atmosphere of staff that just walk around complaining. The kiosks don’t work. When I went all the coffee was out and I was scared to tell them as I knew (and I was) they would be openly frustrated and made it feel like I was burdening them. Just not a good experience.

I waited 20 minutes for sandwiches and soup. The staff was too focused on mobile and carry out orders to the exclusion of anything else.My wife and I will seriously reconsider coming back to this location.

I have been to this Panera a few times, and the shortest time I’ve spent in the drive through is 20 minutes, longest is 40. Insanely long wait in a drive through.

I was with my friend at Panera at 1:30 pm last week. We ordered our food and were told there was a 30 minute wait, we were fine with that and sat down at one of the booths. When we had waited for 45 minutes, we went up and checked to see if our order was being prepared, they said it would be another 35 minutes. At that point, we did have to leave and asked a women for a refund that worked there. She literally sighed and walked away from us. We were stunned and waited there for 10 minutes, she never came back. After about 15 minutes again we saw her and asked her for a refund as we urgently had to leave. She yelled at us saying we were impatient and she would get to it if she had time. For context a mom asked for a refund and was given it immediately by this same lady in the same time frame. 10 minutes later we were running very late and she finally came back, she finally asked what our order was and we told her it, and said we do NOT want our food we want a refund and want to leave. She again disapearing and 10 minutes later, when we were sitting down and waiting, mind we were very late, she came over and slammed our food on the table in front of the whole restaurant. Then she yelled "how's that for customer service" and started yelling at us that as teenage girls we were impatient and we should expect to wait the time. No one should be waiting an hour and a half at a semi fast food place. It was completely uncalled for and disrespectful. The fact other people were immediately able to get a refund and we were shunned away, made me very upset, and it felt like she treated us as lesser.
