It's crazy to say the least we used to eat at Red Robbin and most all the hamburgers were $9.99 of course some a bit more. We went there last night and found that the burgers were $15.99 and up. I really call that price gouging, I know everyone says prices have gone up but $5.00 per burger. Then they charged 1.99 extra for garlic fries and they were all droopy. She said that was normal, not... in the past we always got the garlic fries and they were never soggy. Very disappointed, for all that extra money. I could maybe see $1.00 or $2.00 more but $5.00 it is just a rip off in my opinion. I'm officially not giving them my money any longer.Parking: Parking fine

I had a burger wrapped in Lettuce. Very well made. Loved that the sides were unlimited. We all shared different sides: salad was fresh, Broccoli was OK and French fries were good, too.Very keto, ketovore friendly.Service was good, too

As someone who really loves eating at Red Robins, this one was quite a disappointment. Almost felt like I didn't have a server. A big selling point is "bottomless sides" and yet the only time the server came back around for me to even ask for more was by the time I was already done eating. Then the server didn't even bring them out to me, and it took more than 10 minutes which was way longer than any other Red Robin I've been to. By then I was about ready to go since I've been done eating for 10 minutes already. Wanted to ask about getting my drink to go but after another 10 minutes and no show from my server, I just paid the bill on the table terminal and left. Doubt I'll come back here. The worst part is it wasn't even busy, because then I could understand delays. Even though other Red robins have been fully packed and still had bottomless sides coming out fast and timely. Not even 10 tables here and my server just couldn't bother to check on us at all. Really hope other Red Robin's in the area have staff that care unlike this location.

Endless sides I guess means, the server will ask you if everything is OK, but not if you want more salad. I ordered the chocolate chip fudge filled cookies to go. In the later part of afternoon. Noone really in the restaurant. In carmel. Amd it took 15 minutes to get my cookies brought to me. When I opened them up, they're still frozen hard from the walk in. Very disappointing experience. Servers need to be more attentive of custome and the foodnthey bring out to tabke. Dine in or to go.

Apparently Red Robin restaurants are still understaffed and it shows. Our waiter was also the bartender, so things ran considerably slower than we liked. Simple requests for straws and napkins needed reminding. Food wise, everything was pretty standard, typical burgers and fries, but the wait for food after placing the order also seemed excessively long.

Haven't been to Red Robin in years. Not really sure why. Just doesn't jump to the top of my list very often. Anyway, we were in the area and thought we'd stop in on Sunday for lunch. Sat in the bar area, which was great. 3 of us. I had Mushroom Burger, my GF had a custom burger (her own stuff) and her daughter had fish and chips. We all really enjoyed our meals. Burgers were cooked just right, hot and juicy. Fish and chips were crisp and flaky. Server was great. Super efficient and knowledgeable. Exactly right. Don't know why we don't come more often, because everything was great. Will probably be back sooner this time. Thanks. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

It's been going on and on and on. So I have to do it.Every time I order my favorite Burning Love burger online, 90% of the time it comes with no fried jalapeno in the side! The jalapeno is not an add-on, it's part of the burger on the menu. I have no idea why they keep delivering it without the jalapeno! Without the jalapeno the burger is not 'burning' at all and as a result, I actually get the burger that I did not order. So I pay for one burger and receive a completely different one. A burning love burger is just a burger if there is no burning jalapeno!I'm tired of calling them again and again after every order. And I don't think anyone would like to deal with missing/wrong items when ordering online. Dine in is okay, cause you can at least correct it while you're there. But if you're ordering online, keep this in mind if you don't want to waste your time.Thanks.Update to the owner's response.I don't know how you can assist me here. I honestly don't want to order online again because I don't want to eat something that I didn't order. And I don't want to take a chance and see if I get a correct order. If it happened only once, it's okay, but it happened many times.
