Great little lunch spot. Sandwiches were good and very affordable. Good variety. Spend $10 and get chips or banana!

So Cute! So Yummy!! I travel to Indy often and stay at the Renaissance, right up the road (best place to stay ), and I keep reading the reviews for Sunny's and I could no longer stay away! I tried it! Yum!! Took me a minute to find it, in the front door, turn right, down the hall, BAM!! Good food!! Right in the mouth! It's so cute, so clean, she's so friendly, and the spicy pork with fried rice was awesome!! Looks like I found my new lunch spot!!

Sunny has a little grill where she'll cook you up a quick breakfast. I had the Loaded Biscuit. Food was fresh and good, like homemade without having to make it yourself. Fun little nook within an office building but I was biking by and thought I'd check it out. I will come back and try a lunch sandwich at some point. Can't beat the prices.

Been here a few times and the lady is very nice and food is very good. Great option for a quick lunch when passing through the building or even an option when driving by. Plenty of chain places across the street but I'd rather stop by here.

I miss sunny's every day. I miss the burrito. I miss how good this food would make me feel. I miss how much she would brighten my day.

Extremely convenient little deli if you work in one of the Penn Mark buildings. The specials at lunch rotate each day but repeat during the week. "Sunny" is always so sweet and joyful to greet every visitor and makes everything on her hot plates with her ingredients primarily prepped in advance. She runs out of some special items early so make sure you don't dawdle if you want lunch! Options for breakfast frequently come in handy when I don't have time to make something at home or stop before traffic. I like the breakfast burrito best of the options. At lunch time when you order an "entree" over a certain price you get to pick a banana or bag of chips for free. She has ice cream bars in the cooler and an ample selection of candy bars if you need an afternoon sugar fix! Fountain soda is an option but occasionally goes out of service where you need to grab a can or bottle from the fridge instead. Overall convenient and with such a sweet owner/cook it is worth sampling when you work in one of the buildings!

I wish I had taken a picture of my breakfast burrito, but my hunger pains took over and I ate it too fast. This was a much needed surprise to my day, and was glad that the cafe was so close to my meeting area. The owner is super nice, which makes the place even better. If you're ever in the area, the cafe is located in the One Penn Plaza office building (first floor). Come and order the breakfast burrito and you will not be disappointed. I don't think you'd be disappointed with any of the options on the menu.

Great place for breakfast or lunch. Good prices, very clean, and lady behind the counter is very nice. It's in the lobby of an office building.

Daily specials! A cozy mom & pop cafeteria. The lady attendant there is lovely, and her food is always delicious!

Great place to grab breakfast, lunch, or a snack. The owner is super friendly and prepares different dishes daily, or you can offer off the menu. Very convenient if you work in the same building or right next door.
