I've been coming to this building since it was Katie's Ice Cream when I was a child. I absolutely love the current restaurant here. They have great food options above and beyond their fantastic bread. Their coffee is almost as great as their staff. If you're in Chesterton and they're open, you should stop in.
10/10 I love this place so much. The workers and owner are all very kind themselves on top of always being informative & helpful. I got the gingerbread latte today and the ham & cheese croissant. Both are top tier. And they have a chess set out!! As a chess player it genuinely makes an experience at a place so much better when they have a board set up and people play. And their food, ! Their sandwiches are delightful and I still dream about the quiche I had here once. HIGHLY recommend

This is a delightful place to spend my lunch hour. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I've tried a large variety of the coffee and teas by now and everything is served exactly as it should be. And the pastries are the best treats!
