“I never leave reviews, but felt this was needed. I ordered a large order tonight and one of the pizzas was messed up. No big deal I called them and within a minute of arriving they handed me the re make. They were very apologetic and professional. I grew up coming to this location and haven’t been here in a few years. This is the cleanest and busiest I’ve seen it in ages. The employees were very courteous and made the little slip up unnoticeable. This is the way every business should be managed!“

“First time eating here. Got the boneless Parmesan wings. They were good. The fries were a bit different. They were good. But they tasted more as sweet potato. Also, it seemed too much fries it was a bit overwhelming when I got them. But the chicken was good and juicy. I would return sometime and give it another try.“
“I think it’s a good Papa John’s. The staff at the front is a pretty cool chic who was helpful and not bored/rushing you. Got the pizza bowl that’s carb friendly. It’s ok. Wings were ok. Same old fatty wings they all use. Parking was easy. Of course no Coke Zero.“
“Did not receive all the take out order. Special order of mashed potatoes instead of fries and didn’t get and didn’t receive nuggets. We did ask if everything was there and they said yes then, Feeding 5 people got food enough for 3 very disappointed. This isn’t the usual service for them.“
“I get pizza delivered from here a lot and it's always very good. It lasts in the fridge and it's good almost no matter when you eat it. Food places vary and someone will say that Wendy's is terrible, for example, but it will just be that the Wendy's in their town is really bad, while yours might be good. This Domino's we have here is one of the very good ones. I remember eating here, the 25th St. location, when I went to North, for lunch, and it was always incredible. It's still good now and it's better than Pizza Hut by a good mile, I would say. Our Pizza Hut is mediocre while our Domino's is really good, and the opposite is probably true in other places, but this is what we have in Columbus.“
“It's a super busy place at times and the wait is a bit longer, but over all the food is prepared correctly and with care. If the oven could do more pizzas at one time it would be better for door dashers, but customers don't complain if it's 15 or 20 minutes past expected delivery time in my exp.“
“Jenna, as usual, was outstanding. The traditional wings with Desert Heat were great. Good fries and good ranch and celery. ? The craft beer selection is a bit small, but they do have a couple of fine IPAs.Parking: Plenty of surface parking.“
“wait i wasn't expecting this place to have bad reviews ! i actually enjoyed what i got, they gave me and extra ranch, and the boneless wings tasted fine. only thing is the wings could've been covered more but that's why only complaint really . combo prices are really good and filling ! hand pies are good toasted :-}“
“Parking: Parking lot is very spatious and I've never seen it more than 10% full. Parking is a non-issue.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance does not have automatic/electric door openers but the weight is on the lighter side and pretty easy to manage.“
