“If this is for the subway by North high school, I had a great experience. The other day I walked in, and the employees made me feel like we were old buddies... Very friendly, very nice. Food was great although I wish they gave a little bit more portion sizes, but that probably comes from corporate. I would definitely recommend this subway over all.“
“I stopped at this Jimmy John's in the middle of a very long drive. I ordered one of my favorite sandwiches, a #6 on sliced wheat, which was great! The customer service was also great. However, as I continued my trip, when I was about 3 hours away from the restaurant, I realized that I left my wallet. I called the restaurant to verify that I left it and they confirmed. I was flustered and said that I would call them back. Mark, who I believe is a manager, called ME back and heard that I was so far away. He said that would hate for me to drive back all that way and offered to overnight ship my wallet. Which he DID. He communicated with me the rest of the evening and was able to ship it the next morning. The overnight shipping was over $80 and I tried to pay him back, but Mark wouldn't accept the money and told me to pay it forward. I absolutely plan to. Shoutout to Mark, for the reminder that there are still kind people left in the world! :)“
“After a long day working in the sun we decided to get some custards. It's a 20 minute drive one way. just to get home to figure out my peanut butter and hot fudge with vanilla base was just plain vanilla. no big deal if it was just a 5 minute drive. but to go back is a 40 minute drive. “The food was good. I had not been to Dairy Queen for years because I'm just not crazy about fast food but it was ok. I had the Chicken Basket with gravy as my sauce and it all had good flavor but it still was just fast food. There were a couple of dirty tables but not bad and they were pretty busy at the time. Our server must have been having a bad day. She was not friendly, no smile, just a straight face and took care of business. I wouldn't say rude but a smile couldn't hurt. The young girls with us had an ice cream cone after the meal and the servers there were very nice and all smiles. That was appreciated.“

“Ordered food in the drive thru, to which they forgot part of our order. They lock the doors early so you have to wait in the drive thru again for 20 minutes to get food due to their error as they won't allow you to come inside to get the food. This is ridiculous service.Got around tried to ask something at the window and they shut the window on us as we're speaking. Asked for a receipt twice, didn't get that either. The staff here needs looked at for sure on the night crew.“
