Feb. 2024: First time to a Rally's and pleasantly surprised! Foor was fresh, hot, and good. Only complaint is that they left an item out of our order and we had to go back for it.

Went to ralley tonight and the machine was messing up our order and we asked for person and no one came on we waited for 10 minutes. There was two cars behind us so we ended up pulling away and coming back into line and again messed up and we couldn't get a human Bec they were too busy looking at their phones to notice

The wait was unreal. 1 am, I am the only person in line, I ordered 2 BLTs hold the lettuce, 2 bowls of chili, 1 apple pie, 1 large drink. Total was $19.84 ..... outrageous! Waited at the window 20 minutes. The bacon tomato sandwiches had 2 half pieces of bacon on them. The chili was good but half the size it used to be, I asked for crackers the gave me 2 packs of crackers. No utensils. They had 4 people in there and no one had any sense of urgency.
They have a new computer system on the speaker is great ?

The food is still good, but now they have automated tellers giving you service instead of actual people taking the orders ?. Most people rather talk to a actual person and not something automated. Otherwise it's okay.
