Food was good. I went through the drive thru...I really dislike a computer talking to me and taking my order...I think that's just laziness. Other than that the guy at window was nice.
The food is still good, but now they have automated tellers giving you service instead of actual people taking the orders ?. Most people rather talk to a actual person and not something automated. Otherwise it's okay.

Feb. 2024: First time to a Rally's and pleasantly surprised! Foor was fresh, hot, and good. Only complaint is that they left an item out of our order and we had to go back for it.
