It just seems as if the place is going downhill. The food tasted good, but My order was messed up, they shorted me a whole meal and then when I went to get it corrected that acted like they didn't want to. When you could clearly see my sandwich that they had made sitting by the window. Columbus Indiana steak 'n shake is going downhill badly

Drove all the way there. Got there 20 minutes before close. cashier working drive-through order was snippy and said they weren’t doing any more shakes. why even have open hours if the employees are just going to make their own hours on things? Guess they didn’t wanna clean the machine or something. They lost my family’s business from now on.

I went here to celebrate a victory , after a long trudge through trying to work out my issues with driving, my mentor helped me to grab something to eat on the way to chat about change in my life, and good and bad hesitation. Progress!The staff was tremendous , and very caring, thank you for helping me enjoy my night even more!
