I went here to celebrate a victory , after a long trudge through trying to work out my issues with driving, my mentor helped me to grab something to eat on the way to chat about change in my life, and good and bad hesitation. Progress!The staff was tremendous , and very caring, thank you for helping me enjoy my night even more!
We don't like using the Kiosk to order our food. What is a Steak and Shake milkshake without the whipped cream? We found out, because we weren't paying extra. The shake is already expensive. We had a gift card to use, is why we stopped to eat there.

It just seems as if the place is going downhill. The food tasted good, but My order was messed up, they shorted me a whole meal and then when I went to get it corrected that acted like they didn't want to.
