Went in for dinner after the eclipse. Great service and food with the exception of the nacho platter. All chips , hardly no meat or cheese. Nacho platter used to be so good! What happened?

This particular visit the food was cold like it had been sitting, the nacho chips very hard ( these are usually never good but figured I'd give another try). The burger was burnt till crispy. The waitress was decent, she seemed like she paid attention and was quick but the food did take a few and still arrived cold ?. Overall it's usually a hit or miss here at this Applebee's. Sometimes it's good (mostly curbside to go is on point), and many times it's not worth the $ or time. But you never know ?♀️. I've noticed that Eating at the bar sometimes gets a better result on food, if you are able to go that route that is.

I just moved to Crawfordsville and started at this restaurant for a month before I walked out mid shift. The amount of disrespect that surfaces among the employees is the worst I’ve ever experienced. The management is ok- but I’ve never experienced anything like this. HORRIBLE place to work and I would never recommend to anyone. Nobody deserves to be disrespected or yelled at.

Breaded chicken sandwich is a processed chicken nugget not an actual chicken breast as the menu portrays. Terrible frozen garbage.

Absolutely horrid. Slow service, fries were cold, Bourbon Street burger came with no Bourbon Street sauce, screwed up an appetizer order, and ordered a Long Island Iced Tea that had little to no alcohol in it. And I ordered it top shelf. All on a slow day. I’ve been here usually on weekends, but after today, I’ll never go back. With the prices they charge for an order, that food better be fresh and hot. McDonald’s serves a better burger than this.
