Employee who took order was on their cellphone the entire time order was repeated to them 4 times and they still rang it up wrong. Ordered 4 fish tacos and a 12 piece family meal, they rang up 4 fish sandwiches the fish was in peices like they tore it up before throwing it in the box we only received half of our sides and even tho we asked for tartar sauce they didn't even put a single packet in the bag. The chicken is about half the size it use to be in length and very thin and over breaded. Over all I was disappointed in service, food, and the price was higher than what was publicly posted online for the establishment.

Had to repeat the order 4 times due to the girl at the front register paying more attention to her phone. Fish tacos were a joke! It was literally just a piece of fish in a tortilla, nothing else. Got a 12 piece family meal. Got mac and cheese and double fries. Mac and cheese cup was less then half full. Fries were equal to a medium from mcds. Laughable. Will not be back and I'll advise other to stay away from this location!

The guy that waited on us in the drive through was very nice and helpful. Gave us our senior discount without asking us how old we are so it didn't make us feel so old. Really good experience this time and

Looks like they just don't care in this location. Poor maintenance, dated fixtures & furniture, torn up booth seats. Floors are slick and atrocious! Asked for FISH, husband got CHICKEN ~TWICE! The server was gracious, but not their fault, but could not tell fish from chicken.Sad minced fishy patty, sliced thin, over cooked in poor oil choice, and over breaded to make portions look larger. I recommend staying home after this try. Unless you love the French Fries. The fries are still pretty good but thinner and shorter than what typical fries should be. Is there a THEFT PROBLEM? All condiments were not available to customers for use. Only one salt and pepper set in the whole joint. Same with available napkins: only one dispenser unit, and that half full. If you had any idea to mop-up/mop-out the dripping oil from fish, you would be out of luck.

Hands down great experience! We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door which was a great start to our visit! Our Cashier was extremely friendly and even recommended the Chocolate Cheesecake (which was an extremely great idea). Restaurant was clean and our food was hot and fresh, and also came out extremely quickly which was great considering the fact that we were in a bit of a hurry! For sure recommend stopping here if your Hungry in Crawfordsville! Will for sure return!

I took a bite of my fish fillet, greasy water went all over my dining room rug. how DISGUSTING!!Service- There were people outside smoking (which is normal in the town we live in) but he was gulping down on the cigarette NON-STOP. He's probably got lung cancer for his WHOLE life gulping down on that cigarette. Anyways, the food smelt like cigarettes, i gagged for 3 minutes straight, and the trash cans inside the restaurant was OVERFLOWING. WITH TRASH INSIDE IT, INCLUDING FOOD. It smelt like stanky fishy.The people were oddly rude. Overall, just not a good place to be at. I HIGHLY recommend to not go to Long John Silver. So disappointed.

Misty and Jolene(?) were top notch. Helped me with my coupon issue. Food was super quick and just what I expected. I heard Misty several times interacting with customers plus training Jolene. She knows her stuff!! The bathrooms could use some attention both cleaning and maintenance.
