After a decades long and happy relationship with Taco Bell it saddens me to proclaim it's over. Tried to have lunch in Indianapolis IN but they only had one working keosk and no counter to order at. There were 7 teenagers at the keosk all trying to figure out what they wanted while 2 employees of Taco Bell watched from behind the counter. We walked out and went to Denny's across the street where we were greeted, seated and quickly waited on by a very nice and well trained server. The food was up quickly and we paid a real person at a real register with real cash. Not possible at a keosk only restaurant. The bill at Denny's was comparable to what Taco Bell charges to serve yourself. Two days later we decided to try another Taco Bell (the one identified with this post). The store was moderately clean, the same situation with one working and one out of order keosk but this time a nice lady at a register took our order while the couple at the functioning keosk had the deer in the headlights look and it took at least 10 minutes for them to finish and make the keosk available to the line of customers behind them (12:15 lunch time) The food was up quickly and correctly. However if other choices exist where I can still be appreciated I will choose them every time over Taco Bell, sorry Glenn Bell and Yum but it's over for now, show some respect maybe I'll come back.

Constant problems at this location. This time they only took exact cash or credit. But that was not the biggest problem. Drive-thru menu prices were much different from charges. Got taco/5-layer burrito craving pack. Menu price was $11.99. Actual cost $18.99. 60% INCREASE! Tacos barely had any ingredients. You could wrap the soft shell around them 4+ times doubled. The four 5-layer burritos were 99% refried beans. I did not see beef on any. I only saw cheese on 2. I only saw sour cream on one, and it was just a tiny bit. ALL I tasted was refried beans. I will NOT return!

Don't use the drive thru. You'll have to go inside and get the rest of your order. Every single time.
