“Was there last Friday. Food and service were excellent. They were out of the Stagg bourbon that I ordered…which was priced at $30 a pour. The waiter asked if I would like to substitute EH Taylor Small Batch instead…which is priced at $17 per pour in the menu. I said that would be fine. I watched them bring the bottle out which I recognized as Small Batch. The bourbon was excellent. Received my bill and was charged the $30 for the Stagg. Pointed it out to the waiter and he said oh no, the bourbon we substituted for you is priced much higher at $47 a pour and we gave that to you for the same price since we were out of the Stagg. I said, no you gave me the EH Taylor Small Batch which is priced at $17 on the menu. He said no I don’t think so. I said can you please ask the bartender what she poured, she said it was the small batch. They whispered back and forth a bit and she told me that I should take advantage of that bill adjustment…like I got a deal when all I wanted was to be charged according to what the menu stated. In the end our waiter was apologetic, adjusted our bill correctly, and was very friendly and attentive throughout our dinner. Just seemed a bit fishy to me. I don’t know everything about bourbon but, I do some hunting and would never pay $30 let alone $47 a pour for Taylor small batch.”

“This is my go to restaurant. Love their food, the Mac and cheese is our favorite. Love the drinks. Love the atmosphere. Always have good service. Tonight Dan was our server and ive had him as server plenty of times. He is very friendly, good personality and is always working hard. We will be back for sure.”

“4-5-26 Andy, the manager at the Crown Point location, has the best customer service manners that I've seen in a long time. I had an issue where my card had been declined. He calmly let me know about the problem. My friend and I were able to get the amount of cash together to cover my bill. During that time he wasn't rude or snarky. Not even impatient. “I was traveling through Crown Point and was blessed to have parked across the street from here. From the moment I walked in to the moment I started my 5 hour drive back home I was greatly impressed. The owner, the staff, the amazingly delicious offerings... I don't travel this way often but even when close I will be sure to take the time to come back. My only advice... “The burgers here are top notch and like no other I have ever had. They taste amazing and the crispy outside ring is OMG good. I had a patty melt and both sides of the rye bread stayed so crisp. Husband had a double bacon cheeseburger and he couldn't eat it all. We ordered Irish nachos and it will definitely feed 2 to 4 people. The speed of the waitress was wonderful. She knew what she was talking about with the menu. All in all a very pleasant experience.”

“The upstairs bartender, Aaron C. does the work of 2 bartenders. I sat at the bar...he served me my lunch. He was very friendly and fast. The upstairs was loaded with like 50 guests from a baseball team? So he was VERY busy. But that didn't stop him from speed, accuracy and friendliness! Best bartender ! He deserves a raise!”

“Out of all the Chick-fil-A‘s in our area I prefer the one in Crown Point because 99% of the time they get every single thing right in the orders. To where the other ones we constantly have to say hey you forgot this hey you forgot that. The staff is very good at their jobs very friendly, which shows how good management is there. We’ve never had a bad experience since the day they opened and we usually go eat there 2 to 4 times a month to this specific restaurant.”

“Every time I go, the staff are friendly and cheerful. They’re happy to help with recommendations, which I love because I’m indecisive. I also enjoy the menu. Bragels are to die for. They have amazing tea options which is hard to find. A little something for everyone can be found here. I also feel great recommending this establishment because I often see their posts on Facebook doing things with the community. They also have great coupons posted there.”

We were disappointed in this location when it was Pho Hua....but when it became Pho Fusion the game changed big time. One of the favorite restaurants in the region for sure. “My family and I stopped by Bombers BBQ in Crown Point on Friday evening around 6:00 PM, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.

The food was absolutely amazing. The burnt ends were some of the best I’ve had—tender, flavorful, and packed with flavor. My wife ordered the nachos, and they were just as impressive. We also loved the variety of barbecue sauces available, which let everyone find a favorite.

The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and perfect for a family dinner. Our daughters had a blast playing the quarter candy crane machine and checking out the arcade while we waited, which made the evening even more fun.

Our bill came to about $96 for the four of us, so it isn’t the cheapest place to eat. That said, every one of us took home about half of our meal because the portions were so generous. We felt like we got great value for what we spent, especially considering the quality of the food and the amount we had left over.

Great food, generous portions, a fun family atmosphere, and an experience we’ll definitely be back for.

I've been rocking with them since they were on US 30. I always spend over $20 anytime I go there but when my oder is messed up I NEVER receive any accommodation. How do I order staek and shrimp fajitas but get home and dont have shrimp and I was told the only thing she could do was not charge me for shrimp next time I make a purchase or I could come get the shrimp that THEY forgot to put on my food. As we were finishing up our meal a woman and two men walked in whom must have been friends with the servers/owners. They sat next to us and were treated like royalty. We won't be going back to this restaurant.”

“Long story short, my husband took our son there today (Our son is on the autism spectrum) & To be honest, having a child with the disability can definitely be challenging at times, especially how in the public because people are not understanding-- Yeah, well this wasn't the case with the gentleman that helped them today. Our son is semi-verbal, but only to communicate needs & The man was really patient with our son and so kind. Our son kept pointing to a few different items in the case, But the man took his time with them and it was just really, really, really sweet.

I know to a lot of people this seems minuscule, but as parents to a child and autism spectrum this means the absolutely WORLD TO US. Thank you for being kind to our baby & treating him as a human being 💙💙”
