There is a drive up pick up window "Chipotlane," but no way for patrons to alert staff they are there to pick up order (microphone or "alert" in App). We Sat there unacknowledged & unnoticed for 5-10 minutes, just after previous car left. We decided to drive around building to see if we missed a screen or "order here" station. Not impressed with Chipotlane service...

The manager "Christina" had a issue with me waiting for fresh chicken when it was literally 6 pieces of chicken left in the bottom of the pan, no one else was in line behind me. There was literally a whole new fresh batch of freshly cut chicken waiting behind the server. She refused to open it up and told me I had to take what was there in the bottom of the pan which was nothing. Also the servers pushed the spilled rice that's on the counter back into the rice pan..That's very unsanitary

This Chipotle doesn't make burritos, they make tortilla balls. How is anyone supposed to eat a burrito like this..
I really enjoy chipotle. Their food is simple and always good quality with a reasonable price. This location could use some help with staff. They tend to be packed and although they get food out very quickly and with a smile, everyone is rushing around to do so and the eat in space can get neglected.

I ordered two of the Carne Asada yesterday for take out in Crown Point. Well, it looked wonderful. I have to tell you the steak was missing-seriously. We had such tiny pieces in it, and then both of us got very ill after eating it. That cannot be coincidence. To say that was a disappointing meal waste of money is an understatement.

We’ve been to this location many times, it seems very busy. However there have been many times where they were out of something we wanted or the service was bad. They are too busy filling online orders in front of you while you are the one physically coming into the store and have to wait behind a stack of receipts… they need to have a separate area just for online/phone orders and I think service would be better

Place is run by moody, poorly trained teenagers. Kid at the start of the line wouldn’t make a quesadilla because they couldn’t figure out how to ring it up in the computer system.

I'm only giving one star bc no stars is not an option. First off, our whole order was made then come to find out they are completely out of corn salsa. They were rude about it and acted like it was a chore to make out meal. Our bowls were barely filled the way they usually are and the meat was terrible.(we got the carne asada). Very disappointed all around. We won't be back.
