Standard KFC experience what can I say it's KFC not great not bad quick and easy appeared relatively accessible although I did not use the restroomWheelchair accessibility: Beard reasonably accessible although I was only in the dining area did not use the restroom

Went in there tonight and there was a young girl working the register. She was super nice and friendly. I wanted to use a deal that was an online order only. The young girl and I believe a lead young man were very nice in explaining and let me step aside and place the order. By the time I put in the order, they had my food ready. I came here and ordered a kfc famous bowl and asked for the chicken on the side and they put chicken in there. So I go back in and said oh you guys put chicken in here so they made me a new one and put chicken on the side but still put chicken in the bowl when I said I don't want chicken in the bowl. How stupid can you be to do that, it's not that hard to listen to what people say
