Absolutely the worst place of "food service" around the Jasper County Indiana area. All the employees are children and burn outs. They are constantly out of things. You can order online hours ahead of time and they won't start on your order until you arrive, so a pick up time is obselete. They need to start hiring people who actually give a damn about service or shut the place down.

Floors where dirty food on the floor . When we came in they just opened and it looked to me that they had never cleaned from the bay before. I think the health department needs to take a look !!

Went in there tonight and there was a young girl working the register. She was super nice and friendly. I wanted to use a deal that was an online order only. The young girl and I believe a lead young man were very nice in explaining and let me step aside and place the order. By the time I put in the order, they had my food ready. I always dread poor customer service when walking into a fast food place, however, they were so friendly and it was so refreshing having great customer service!!! Kudos to the manager and their employees at this location!

I came here and ordered a kfc famous bowl and asked for the chicken on the side and they put chicken in there. So I go back in and said oh you guys put chicken in here so they made me a new one and put chicken on the side but still put chicken in the bowl when I said I don't want chicken in the bowl. How stupid can you be to do that, it's not that hard to listen to what people say

You can tell and feel the hating of life of the employees as soon as you walk in. No one Acknowledges you.yes maybe they had a lot of online orders. But still inform people your behind and it’ll be a minute the girl working the front wise ether having a bad day or hates life. One of the guys in the back finly came up to the Register to help they ether give my order to the wrong person or just didn’t make it doesn’t tell me anything yet hear the guy in the back tell that guy he’s got to wait the chick says nothing then just looks at me Blank stare I go so I got to wait… yep then goes to the back to were you can clearly see what they are doing and saying to complain to a cook about whatever really unprofessional witch is sad because food was actually good thank you KFC for reminding why I don’t eat KFC

Filthy floors,tables,and restroom. Rude woman taking order. Very unfriendly people. Floors were filthy and slippery, more so in the hallway leading to the restrooms and restrooms filthy and slimy. Disgusting. Food was good, but ya got to wonder if healthy.

Horrible, if this is KFC new standards then stay away. They forgot my chicken sandwich. I live 28 miles from this KFC. Anyway my wife's potato and Gravy had macaroni noodles in it. The lady I believe was the manager was hooting and hollering for no reason other than to get attention. Stay away from this KFC and all of them if this is there standards now.
