If I could give this store ZERO stars, I would! Yesterday, I ordered 2 pancake wake-up wraps, one order of egg bites, and 3 hash browns. I received HALF of what looked like a fake microwave egg inside a burnt tortilla shell! I took my food back to get a refund and they wouldn't give me one without a receipt, but get this, THEY ALSO DIDN'T give me one. I asked for store credit and still no. It's like a 3 dollar sandwich they couldn't accommodate. How money-hungry do you have to be to not be able to afford to make things right for $3??? Horrible food. Horrible experience. NEVER going back there again even though it's walking distance from my home.

I'm here for my four time, my children and I love the Baskin Robbins ice cream.since the first time the service in this place is very very bad and unpolite. The waiting time is too long to take my order, and the people looks angry, tire, bad energy.Today, they took 10 to 15 min to take my order and when my son requested a cup for water, they said you need to pay for it. I feeling very desspointed.If you go to Starbuck, you never need to pay for a cup of water, and the people all the time is very friendly.I don't know who is the principal manager of this stores but somebody need to do something about your employees.

Where do I start? Me and my buddy got there around 5:10 in the morning. We stopped in the drive thru told the lady that we will need a minute to figure out what we are getting, after we said our order the lady, repeated back an order quickly loudly but not clearly, you can here in her voice she was annoyed, yes we got a big order but being a former manager that's not how you are supposed to talk to customers. anyways when we get to the window our food was nearly 50 dollars and i knew something was up, we ordered a few wake up wraps, 1 snacking bacon and 2 hash browns, on our receipt it showed that we had ordered 5 snacking bacons instead of 1. obviously as a mistake we notify her that our order was wrong, AND THEN THE AUDACITY of her to tell us that we should've listened better to her and she said we should've paid more attention when ordering, she tells us to come inside finally to get a refund, when me and my buddy brought the bag of food inside she took out all the food individually to take the 4 snacking bacon away and give us our refund whilst still being bitchy might i add. I got to the car and i thought it was over but on the way back i was curious so we checked the bag and they didn't even have our other hash brown, my friend joe cardinale used to work at this exact location for over a year, and he has never seen such bad customer service before. after a 10 hour shift dunkin is not what i need/want

Giant neon sign in the window says "drive thru open 24 hours." Twice I've gone at different times and someone has said over the speaker, "sorry we are closed." If your hours changed take down the giant sign. It's not that complicated...

Worst banana split I ever had. Paid $8.01 for what was suppose to be 3 scoops of ice cream, bananas, two toopings. They didn't even put whip cream, nuts or a cherry too. The boat was over half empty. I wont ever go back now. Too many young kids don't know how to make a simple order.

Rude and racist employees!! They called the police because my family looked "suspicious" how does a family with children and elderly look suspicious? The police were even embarrassed and apologized for the employees actions. This is unacceptable. Do they call the police on all suspicious families? Or just those of color?
