I've been going to this Dunkin' Donuts for many years. The customer service has been great, however as of late (2 months) they have changed their coffee. Either the brand, quality, or how the employees are making the coffee is different. I buy coffee approximately 3-4x a week from the East Chicago, Columbus drive location. I have visited many Dunkin Donuts in the NW Indiana and Chicago Suburbs- and the bagel I had today was the best I have ever had! Phenomenal! I must have been eating sub-par before - so impressed and happy ?

Enough! THERE IS NO NATIONAL COIN SHORTAGE Anymore! This is just owner mismanagement not having enough change to disperse to their Customers. They will actually tell you they don't have a dime change to give you. Who does that?
