My recent visit to Dunkin' Donuts was exceptional, thanks to Kaprice, Patricia, and the entire staff. Their friendly service and efficiency made the experience seamless. The donuts were delicious as always, leaving me eager to return for more. Additionally, their coffee is top-notch, and it's impressive how they always know my order when I arrive. Kaprice, Patricia, and the staff's commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Can't wait to visit again soon!

I've been going to this Dunkin' Donuts for many years. The customer service has been great, however as of late (2 months) they have changed their coffee. Either the brand, quality, or how the employees are making the coffee is different. I buy coffee approximately 3-4x a week from the East Chicago, Columbus drive location. Their prices have increased, but the quality of the coffee has decreased. I will no longer purchase from this location and will alert my friends and family who are also coffee drinkers to do the same.

Its not open at 5 am like it's posted,they literally walk in at 5, they should be there early getting everything ready to be open on time they won't answer you at drive thru even with worker are in.

For being the ONLY coffee shop near a hospital I would expect COFFEE, not watered down hot water being passed for midnight blend. THIS location is the only location where their blends are half measured to cut costs. And that’s coming from the response of a store employee!!Waiting for this bare minimum “coffee” shop to be turned into a Starbucks, if east Chicago can afford it. If not then it goes to show why this city offers the bare basic service and expects those in the community to live with it.
