On February 12, 2024, at around 7:35am, a manager was rude and ignorant to me in the drive thru as I watched 3 vehicles have their order taken while I'm waiting patiently to have my order taken in the second lane ...if your short staffed then you should have the second lane closed.

I usually don’t patronize McDonald’s, but tonight I did and it was hot and amazing for once and the fries were not half full. (Fish) I gave a four star because the cashier got my order wrong and she had an attitude.

Their frappe / machine is always down. I’ve been here several times within the last two months it’s always inoperable. Very annoying.
There is a McDonald's up the street from where I live on 5th Ave in Gary, In. I'll drive out of my way than go to that one. It's HORRIBLE!!!This one is great and the young lady taking the order was so kind and friendly!? Also, my order was GREAT!

Food was disgusting cold. They got the order wrong making a double cheeseburger into a single. They returned it made me wait a while and the it was cold. The meat did not even look thoroughly cooked. So yourself a favor stay away from this McDonald's.
