They do not have chicken livers anymore which I kind of understand since alot more people dislike them then like them. What I don't understand is why we can't get French,Western,Russian or Thousand Island dressing for our salads! We were told the chain no longer carries " red" salad dressings from a man that has worked there six years.What we did have was alright and the five of us agree we won't be going back soon.
Cracker Barrel was a great experience. The service was great and the food was good. The only thing was the baked potato was cold. The waitress was friendly. Very clean but you could hear the employees making noise and talking in the kitchen.

It's too loud and kaotic and that's the staff .I realize everyone is short on help but the key to good staff is to not let the customer know that. Food was lukewarm.Then went shopping and was humiliated with the two clerks following me around if I hadn't forgot a gift I would have never bought a thing there.Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot is but inside is like a mine field.
