Won’t be returning. Multiple times in a row I’ve ordered a specific type of quesadilla, and they give me something different saying they don’t have that kind. Eating area was also dirty. If you don’t carry a specific food, don’t list it on the menu. Simple. This time I ordered pick up and since I didn’t hear anything, I assumed they finally had what I ordered. Got home, it’s a different quesadilla than what I ordered. AGAIN. This was my last time coming here.

All of the Qdobas by me have long since gone out of business, so we swung by while passing through to switch it up from Chipotle. I went with the surf and turf. Wasn’t too bad, just a little different than what you see in the picture. The employees were friendly.

I went to pick up an order I placed. I get off work late so I was trying to grab and go and it was closer to closing. I got all the way home and my order was made wrong no care or thought just thrown in a bowl wasnt even my the meat or anything I ordered. I call back the next day because they were already closed. The manager, who I could barely hear bc she was mumbling, laughed at me, was extremely rude and asked me if I was sure my.order was wrong. then she told.me to hold on, slammed the phone down and never picked it back up to help or address the issue...HOW SHE BECAME A MANAGER WHILE TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE SHE DID ME IS BEYOND ME...WILL NEVER GO BACK JUST BECAUSE OF HER ATTITUDE. LOST A CUSTOMER FOREVER ON THAT UNPROFESSIONAL RUDENESS

We just moved to the area and we're excited to have a Qdoba nearby. The food has been good, but service and conduct are lacking. The first time we came, we ordered online, arrived slightly later than the pickup time and our order had not even been started. They weren't busy, maybe 2 people in line. No one ever greeted us. The gentleman that ended up giving us our food did apologize although of the 3-4 employees there, he seemed to be the only one with good work ethic. We tried again today (3/5/24). Once again, only one person seemed to be actually working. The other two ladies were on their phones, leaning on the counters, carrying on personal conversations, etc.The food was good and the employee that was actually working was great. In the dining room, there were dirty tables, dirty drink station, and the trays were greasy.I think there is great potential for this location if overall work ethic and customer service would improve.

I ordered on the qudoba app for delivery. When our food got delivered our one kids meal had been made wrong, and was missing its side of apple sauce. I called the store, and wow, the sweetest person named Leah, spoke with me and quickly fixed the situation while juggling a busy store! Accidents happen, and I get that, but the customer serviced I was met with tonight was bliss. I’m very sick, coughing and weezing and she was patient, kind and very professional. Thank you Leah,All our other food was madddd delicious, And definitely hit the spot for my household being sick and me not having the energy to cook dinner. Steaming hot right out the bag, and kid’s juices were coldKid-friendliness: Qudoba always is kind to my family, patient with our kids ordering their own food, and patient for us parents trying to order for our kids, love that they offer rice, applesauce, beans and cheese or chips as a side for kids meals. And that they have juice or milk or water as a drink option. Definitely feel like the kids meals come with a bigger portion of food than most kids meals! I like the Elkhart Qudoba for always being family friendly and kid friendly.

I usually enjoy going to Qdoba getting my usual, but decided to try something new the incredible man, I didn't get his name but he served me 2/29/24 around 9PM, He got me something unique and very delicious, grabed myself a surf and turf and decide to let him decide what else I get on it, and it's very delicious and we had a such nice convo. probably my best experience there and best tasting dish I've had from here

I can’t imagine a much worse scenario all around. Every time I come to this location it gets worse.Today the employee making my bowl spoke zero English. Everything I asked she had to go get someone else to translate. She also had apparently received no training and was not al all familiar with the menu. She rang my meal up as all separate items. I tried to explain to her there was a meal price and showed her the “make it a meal for +$3.50 ad on the menu.” She didn’t understand and continued arguing that my bowl, chips, queso and drink was $20.something.Finally the manager(?) came and pressed some buttons on the register for her and walked away. My total was now $24.something! Again I had to wait for the non-English speaking employee to get help. But not without first having another several minute verbal struggle.I was finally given a correct price and cup. I paid for my meal, relieved to be past pulling teeth to get my meal correct and went to the soda machine. It was the filthiest I’ve ever seen. Sticky pop everywhere, gnats flying in and around. Trash on the counter. No lids. My feet were stuck to the floor by the time I realized there was no ice. I asked for ice and waiting yet again while an employee got it from the back.I skeptically poured myself some Vanilla Coke while a manager(?) climbed a latter right next to me to open the top of the machine. Perhaps to fill the ice? The pop I had poured in my cup looked flat. I can’t believe after all this I tasted it but I did. It was disgusting, and indeed, 100% flat.I finally asked if I could please just have a bottled coke from the fridge. I think the manager(?) at the machine with me knew by this time how done I was and rightfully so. She said yes and hollered to the non-English speaking employee to give me a coke. As if.I walked over to the fridge where she was standing confused, pointed to what I wanted, thanked her, and was finally able to leave. Only to discover in the car that my side of queso was pure liquid. Apparently they’re watering it down to make it go farther? I don’t know. I don’t think I want to know. All I can say is, yikes. What a disaster. I’d have to be awfully desperate to ever try this location again. Like starving.

I have never been to a Qdoba before. Three gentleman behind the counter all worked together to get the growing crowd served. I was worried that it would take some time, they were fast and efficient.

Went here for dinner at 7PM, and the staff indicated that they were out of rice, and that it would take 30 minutes before rice would be available again. I left for greener pastures, because there are plenty of other restaurants in the immediate area with more competent staff that know how to ensure that the main ingredients in their dishes are ready to go during the dinner period. That's just plain inexcusable.

Far and away the worst Qdoba I’ve been to. Food was cold, and had no flavor. It was worse than any cafeteria lunch I had in elementary school. Save your money and stomach and go next door to Penn Station, Taco Bell, or Panda Express.
