We just moved to the area and we're excited to have a Qdoba nearby. The food has been good, but service and conduct are lacking.The first time we came, we ordered online, arrived slightly later than the pickup time and our order had not even been started. They weren't busy, maybe 2 people in line. No one ever greeted us. I ordered on the qudoba app for delivery. When our food got delivered our one kids meal had been made wrong, and was missing its side of apple sauce. I called the store, and wow, the sweetest person named Leah, spoke with me and quickly fixed the situation while juggling a busy store! All of the Qdobas by me have long since gone out of business, so we swung by while passing through to switch it up from Chipotle. I went with the surf and turf. Wasn’t too bad, just a little different than what you see in the picture. The employees were friendly.
