What happens when Waco, Houston and San Antonio walk into Irion’s Smokehouse?
First of all, we know good BBQ. It is in our blood. After relocating to Indiana, we had sadly only encountered BBQ imposters. Because of that, our expectations today were set low.

Great food and great people!
My first time today trying Irion’s and WOW! We had 1/2 pound of beef brisket, 1/2 pound smoked turkey, single side of Mac & cheese & single side of coleslaw. I intended this to be lunch for two with leftovers for my husband to try. This was lunch for two, leftovers for my husband to try, and the remaining leftovers will be dinner tonight for four! Huge portions and very fairly priced because the quality of food is top notch!
