The food is so good and seasoned to perfection! They never fail on the flavor or portions. They also catered my sons open house and everyone loved the baked beans! I also ordered some burger patties from the website and they cooked up so well.

I was in need of a caterer; @ the last minute, due to an unforeseen family tragedy. I only had, 3-4 days to find a location and a caterer!When I was looking for a business to cater, I ran across: "Lil Miss Holly Q's"! Though I had never heard of them; (as they had just moved from Arizona, 1 year ago and are working out of a Food Truck, while in search of a brick and mortar, to open their restaurant!Something told me to give them a chance. I am so glad I did. They pulled this together for me, w/only, the 3-4 days, even though, there were several changes needing made! They never hesitated! They went way above, and beyond, to accommodate me, w/every single change! They did everything, I needed them to do/what anyone else would, more-than-likely not do. However; I was never told NO! They were very professional, efficient, friendly and personable. Their food was exquisite!I was alone, @ the lodge, when they arrived! They set up everything on their end! Then even offered to help me w/anything, and/or everything, I needed to do, to set up!They aim to please! The menu existed of: *Pulled Pork (w/Homemade BBQ Sauce)*Baked Beans*Baked Mac. & Cheese*Creamy Coleslaw. Every bit of it was completely/perfectly delicious! I recommend "Lil Miss Holly Q's", as will everyone else, in attendance!everyone @ the event, they catered for me. We ALL loved every bit of the food! Approximately 40-50 people were in attendance, every one of them, gave the food ! I was not given, nor did I overhear anything negative, when it came to the food provided by "Lil Miss Holly Q's"! I had never heard of these caterers, however; I decided to give them a chance! I could not have found a better caterers, if I had tried! Any other business in the area, who may be their competition, needs to watch out. That was the best pulled pork, I have had in my 54-yrs of life! This is saying a lot given that I was a Banquet Server, @ the Radisson Hotel, and Suites, (as were 2 other women, in attendance)!We were not the only ones, who thought so! If anybody who tried all of this Pulled Pork, etc. is ever in need a caterer, I can assure you, they will be choosing:"Lil Miss Holly Q's"! I do apologize, I did not even think of getting a picture. please forgive me? People will need to, simply, ask anyone who is there! It was all deliciously prepared!Holly/her "CHEF" husband, (I believe his name is Robbie), said he, also, specializes in Brisket! However; I believe he could make any food exceptional!On a personal note, I want to let Holly/CHEF Robby know, I truly appreciate them working w/me; I will be recommending you: anytime someone I know needs a caterer!
