I've been following this food truck since they started. The food is always consistent and is always so flavorful. Best food in Elwood by far all the other restaurants serve the same food which never has any taste.
I'm from New York and when I came out to see my daughter, she had me try this and it was the best BBQ I have ever had. Will definitely be looking for them when I come out again.

The food is so good and seasoned to perfection! They never fail on the flavor or portions. They also catered my sons open house and everyone loved the baked beans! I also ordered some burger patties from the website and they cooked up so well.
