Service is always slow here. It takes ever to get food. There have been many times I have left the drive thru line to go elsewhere. I think they take one order at a time, fill it and then go to the next customer. Food is usually pretty good.

At this place drive thru, I was waiting 21 minutes so I decided to leave the drive thru. They take one order process it then complete it before taking another order. Instead taking all the orders that they can and while they're cooking the customer at the pay window should be ready to go and the next order should be ready if they start taking the next order after a order is paid.
