"It's my pleasure "....isn't just a phrase, they say. It really shows! I had the pleasure of going to the west side chick fil a, and it was perfect. They handle customer service excellent, and the food was hot and fresh. We had dine in that day and noticed they have a play center indoors. As my children are grown, I know other children sure appreciate that extra amenity. Thank you for being clean and proper. Very pleased ?
First of all I have to say I love Chick-Fil-A but I had to dock them a star for ruining the best drive-thru system ever developed. They now only have one lane for drive-thru and the other lane is now for mobile pick up orders. Therefore, the drive-thru lane is always backed up in to the street and the mobile pick up lane is usually empty. I did try the mobile pick up this time and it worked flawlessly. Ordered a combo meal large and received a large fry half full. Normally it wouldn't bother me so much due to the great service. Ad I looked for the cheese sauce it was not in the bag, but received sauces that I didn't order. Granted this was about 30 minutes before close, and by the time I got home it was too late to call.
