Do you guys just not answer the phone when you've got an order wrong? Correct me if I'm wrong, but the backyard bacon ranch should have ranch on it right? I got mayo and ketchup! Lady who was taking the orders has one of those "I hate that I have to do this" kind of attitudes. Food was fresh but I'm only leaving this review since you guys don't answer the phone.

Worst old chicken basket ever! Gravy could have cut with a knife! Bread soggy. Would not have feed the dog with it! Go to North side. They are better and fresh!!

I’ve never left a review but honestly you’d be better off eating dog sh!t than eating here I go to the restaurant and because there unable to do a rush I sit 30 minutes only to get up to the speaker all for some twit with no voice to tell me the kitchen is closed well when I got there at 9:30 the kitchen wasn’t closed but I’m sure sitting for 30 minutes in line THAT NEVER MOVED didn’t help TRASH DON’T EAT HERE

Don't get delivery from this location. Food was not what was ordered, items was missing, and they will not answer their phone. An I called Corp office. Should have went to Hardee's instead of DQ.
90%of the time my order is wrong. This time I didn’t get my Marinara until I asked and I didn’t get my toast with my tender box and when I asked for it I received it cold. Not happy with this location.

I had ordered an ice cream cake for my husband’s birthday on November 14 to be picked up on November 17 at 4:30. I show up to the location a little after said time and my cake is nowhere to be found. I only had a small window to pick up the cake hence why I had a scheduled time to pick up the cake. It’s very upsetting because I had looked forward to surprising him and even though I gave plenty of time for it to be made, it was never done. I am very disappointed and will question getting another cake from Dairy Queen again.

Seriously zero customer service skills from the cashier. Mistook order, had to order my daughters food separately. We were done eating by the time she got her food, and that's because I had to ask where her food was. Also, check out the photo of the cold fries I was given. That's literally UNTOUCHED. Is there a fry shortage I'm unaware of?Update: the manager offered to remake the meal. She corrected the cook, gave us another order of fresh fries and free Blizzard coupons.
