“Chef Jones was a delight to work with. She was flexible, helpful with suggestions and quick to respond to questions. The food was delivered right on time. Hot food was steaming hot, and salad was perfectly chilled. All the food was fresh, beautifully presented and delicious. She thought of everything and every detail was perfect. I highly recommend! It was a perfect way to celebrate our granddaughter's baptism.“

“I was working in the area and decided to check this little place out. Unfortunately I came a bit too late for the plate lunches. I was told by some of the patrons and the employees that if you get there before 11:30 ish there is usually plenty of choices. When I arrived around 12:30 there were only marinated chicken breasts and they were grilling fresh hamburgers. I decided to try a burger and also got some of the macaroni salad from the little deli case. The burger was made by hand from fresh ground beef and it was not bad. I've had better and I've had much worse. They do have a few condiments you can add such as pickles, onion, ketsup and mustard. The macaroni salad was creamy and delicious. I thought the burger could've used a little seasoning but overall it wasn't bad. My meal was less than $5 so I am calling it a win! There are a few tables and chairs where you can eat if you'd like but I took mine to go. They have coolers where you can get drinks, frozen meats and seafoods, deli sandwiches etc. and they have a few deli meats and cheeses and fresh cut meats for sale also. There are seasonings and a few bbq sauces for sale as well. Everyone I encountered was super friendly and helpful and I will definitely come back when I'm in the area again and the next time I'll make sure I am there by 11:30 so I can have a plate lunch!“

“I cannot tell you how wonderful the customer service is at the Evansville, IN Honey Baked Ham store! We ordered a ham to be delivered to a friend from the corporate store and found out today, 3 days before Christmas, that the delivery would not happened until the 27th!! I made a desperate call from South Carolina to see if the local store could help in any way and you would not believe how wonderful everyone was! They were most certainly dealing with lines of customers on this day and yet, my problem became their problem as they searched for ways to save the day. When we realised there were no delivery options that would work before Christmas, Eric, the store manager, offered to make the delivery himself! This is really unbelievable - he didn't know us at all, but he most certainly thought we would not be a repeat customer because we are not from the area, and yet he cared enough to personally take care of us. I think his actions speak volumes.“

“Went for lunch, it was our first time there. Both got a Reuben sandwich, chips and shared a drink. Staff was friendly and helpful, atmosphere was nice but had sort of a big box retail feel due to the high ceilings and open floor plan. Kinda pricey, but the sandwiches were quite large and made two meals. The corned beef was slightly tough but good flavor, could have used more sauce and I went to the salad bar for a dip of thousand island dressing to remedy that. We each had some of what they called ice cream, turned out to be fro-yo which was disappointing. (I recommend you get the chocolate to help cover the taste that screams "I'm not ice cream!".)I'm sure they have good deals if you know what to order, we had plenty of food and a pleasant experience. I've included a picture of what I took home for next day's lunch.“
