They got my order wrong and as they were dropping it off, they said that this is what I ordered as I had it pulled up what I ordered. There was wings jalapeño pizza, Caesar salad, and 2, 2 Liters keep in mind. This is just for one person I rated this one star because, when I tried to call back, they cannot answer the phone and they continue to say they were closed when they close at two and it was one.I will be expecting a refund for the fact that they cannot answer their phone before closing hours, and for the fact that they gave me the wrong thing and yet we still paid for what we originally ordered.Came back to edit my response I called today about last night they are delivering my correct order for free, thank you domino for correcting this. I will also Change this To a 5 star review!Back again they gave me extra. Thank you so much.Forever customer of dominos s weinbach

This place is horrible I order from here all the time and they messed up my order for the first time and when I call to get another one they tell me I have to have a receipt and that's its on my email i didn't get a receipt from the person who delivered so what ik it was a few days ago but still I should be compensated like tf is wrong with the people who work here

The last three times I ordered they managed to mess it up. One time I didn’t get a 9pm order until after midnight and this time they left out an entire dish! Of course when I call nobody even answers. Ugh.

Pizza was good as usual. The service however was less than ideal. It took forever for our order to be ready. I got to the store early and it wasn't ready. I told them my name and then took a seat. 10-15 minutes later I went to check on the order and it was done and just sitting on the shelf with the others. Then never told me it was done and I was the only person sitting in there. So I thought I was getting fresh hot pizza and instead I got kind of fresh warm pizza. Oh well.
They waited almost 2 hours to let me know they was out of garlic parmesian and automatically refunded my money didn’t ask if I would like anything else instead always some kind of issue with this store get it together

I sat out in my car to wait for my order of free parmasan bread twists and observed the employees. I watched them take orders over the phone, an employee clock in, while a manager walked back in from break...but NO ONE washed their hands OR wore gloves as certain ones returned to there station! They were making pizzas and touching all the ingredients (with the exception of the pizza sauce) without wearing gloves, and answering the phone then going back to make pizzas and putting their bare hands in the ingredients to make the orders! YUCK!! I will NEVER order ANYTHING here AGAIN!

Have had two bad experiences ordering pizza online from this store @2101 S. Weinbach have had to wait in the parking lot for my order to get done even though I place my order before I leave work which is over a hour away. Have never had this problem before ???
They are on point everytime i will go to this one and this one only for my pizza and other items
