The food was great, like always. The only issue I have is that I have called my order in for years as a carryout. I drive a truck and can not do online ordering while driving. But I can use my hands free and call them to place my order. Apparently, they don't do that anymore.

The IHOP has a standardized menu once you have eaten there you know what to expect. The service was quick and efficient at getting your order in our food served in short order. The store had been something other than IHOP so it was upscale.Parking: Large lot plenty of marked parking with handicapped marked.Kid-friendliness: Kids Items coloring book for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp at entry provided.

I haven't been to an ihop in a while, so I figured to come in and give it a try at this location. I'm giving it 3 stars because of the cleanliness and the food. The service was ok. I felt like everyone was watching me and hovering over. But two of the servers didn't know what section they were in because of the place I got sat in. The only one that was actually nice is Wilma. She took my drink and food order and made sure everything ok, more than the other waitress. Soon as I got my check at the end. It seemed like they were pushing me out.

Service was okay! But no sense of urgency. Wife ordered the country steak and gravy with eggs and hash browns! They put the steak smothered in gravey on top of the eggs and hash browns. Needless to say wife was not happy.

I am not sure what happened to this location but the staff do good to speak English. In fact the guy checking me out after we ate told me he didn't know English. When this was at the other location the service and food was always great. I've had 3 terrible experiences each time thinking it was just a fluke, but this was the last time I eat here. My waitress was a American woman that spoke English but she was very unhappy with her job and not friendly. She refilled our drinks but after we were done she was doing nothing and we made eye contact multiple times before she finally came over to check on us. She definitely didn't check on us very often, and again she was unfriendly. The rest of the food was ok but my omelet was terrible. There use to be a bigger guy that worked at the other location and his brother was a cook in the back. He sounded like Carl Childers from Sling Blade, he could cook and his brother was awesome at providing service. I'm unsure why IHOP has hired people that can't speak English but it's not a great customer experience. I have no problem with the color of their skin or their country of orgin but I feel like that you need to be able to speak English as well when you're in customer service.This was at around 10:30PM. I cannot speak for how it is during the other hours, but the late night crew are not great and haven't been the last 3 times I've eaten here.

I had the 2x2x2 meal with scrambled eggs/ bacon and pancakes and my husband had the breakfast sampler plate, he had 2 eggs over easy/ ham/ sausage/ bacon/hashbrowns and pancakes, he shared his hashbrowns with me, we had sodas with our meals which was almost $3 each, I thought that was a little over priced for sodas, the food was delicious, the service was awesome, it was very clean and not very crowded. Will definitely return.
