I had the 2x2x2 meal with scrambled eggs/ bacon and pancakes and my husband had the breakfast sampler plate, he had 2 eggs over easy/ ham/ sausage/ bacon/hashbrowns and pancakes, he shared his hashbrowns with me, we had sodas with our meals which was almost $3 each, I thought that was a little over priced for sodas, the food was delicious, the service was awesome, it was very clean and not very crowded. Will definitely return.
The extremely open concept design of this recently opened IHOP made the sounds reverberate quite a bit, but other than that our service was great and our food was amazing ? Will most likely eat here again ??

Service was okay! But no sense of urgency. Wife ordered the country steak and gravy with eggs and hash browns! They put the steak smothered in gravey on top of the eggs and hash browns. Needless to say wife was not happy.
