Mostly rude individuals in store. Sandwich looked as though it had been "tossed" together. Basically flavorless. And definitely not worth what I was charged. The drink and the chips were the best part of the meal. I got an Italian sub.

Didn’t have a delivery driver so I got offered a refund. Haven’t gotten a refund a week later, called and got a polite woman but a guy in the background was cussing and talking about all the calls because a lot of people aren’t getting their refunds. I asked for his information since he was cussing at me and she hung up. “ She said she was the owner or over of the st joe store” Called again and asked for whoever I was talking to then got hung up on again. Called again they hung up when it connected. I had a lot of problems at this one and come back every few months then get let down. This one needs to close and fire all their rude employees. Because if I had half a mind I would go up there and smack all of them for being rude.

Fast shouldn’t even be in the slogan. No idea what all the people in there were doing, but making sandwiches wasn’t it. Ordered online, then proceeded to sit and wait 30+ minutes. I do not recommend this store, I know I won’t be back.

Normally I get great service and today was treated very rude and extremely unprofessional. I'm a loyal customer there's at least 3 workers that know what I want when I pick up my sandwich. And never had any delivery problems in the past but today I waited 1 and 1/2 hrs never got my food, kept calling trying to find out where my food was asked for a manager/supervisor numerous times they would tell me to hold on and then kept hanging up on. Had to go back to work and then they finally refunded my money thankfully because I didn't even know if I was going to get my money back or not and I was going to make a police report because that is THEFT. So needless to say I'm now boycotting this store for a long while.

Went through drive-thru just now. I was the only car in line. Ordered one sandwich, chips, and a drink, and it literally took 12 minutes to get everything. There was also no customers inside. Lastly, the lady who was working the drive had the bottom of her stomach exposed falling out of her shirt. Will likely never come here again. Really only making this review so that maybe some changes could be made.
