I ordered online to pick up in drive thru. Waited probably 15 minutes for my food just to receive the wrong order. Went back to get my order and it still hadn’t even been made yet.
I've had a few issues with customer service there when I order in person. Nothing major, just the general lack of being polite and attentive that seems to be the norm anywhere these days. But I've been ordering delivery lately while at work, and I gotta say... JJ's excels at THAT. Mostly rude individuals in store. Sandwich looked as though it had been "tossed" together. Basically flavorless. And definitely not worth what I was charged. The drink and the chips were the best part of the meal. I got an Italian sub.
