An hour of laptop time this morning because I was awake before sunrise and I really don't like driving in the dark if I can avoid it. So I popped into this Starbucks at 6am and I was the only customer in here for a bit though there was a pretty constant parade of people coming and going for their morning caffeine fix. Wifi worked fine and my blonde roast was good with enough cream in it. Power outlet was great and when I left at 7:00, all of my electronics were at 100%. After having my drink made the wrong way at a different Starbucks location, I decided to see if this location could remake it since it was on my way. At the first location, I ordered a Venti peach green tea lemonade with four pumps of classic syrup. They left out the syrup, and I could tell because the drink was super tart. The girl at this location was very nice but when they went to remake my drink they went to take off the sticker and saw that the drink was originally from a different location. They said it was no big deal, and remade it. Once again, the syrup was left out. I'm not even mad that it was made wrong, but if you don't have simple syrup or can't add it into my drink then why not just tell the customer. I wasn't wanting to make a scene and draw attention to myself so I left it as is.

Every day is international women’s day at this Starbucks location since they don’t hire males don’t make orders. Also, very inconsistent when it comes to the actual drinks

Speaking as a HR/ Customer Service Specialist:The customer service and the employee moral was absolutely horrible my first couple of visits earlier this year. I’ve noticed that the customer service has recently started to improved. It was refreshing to have a friendly greeting my last couple of visits. However, the manager/employee moral still needs a lot of work.One of store managers has got to be the most “unprofessional” managers I have ever seen. It’s obvious that he doesn’t want to be there. I have overheard him cussing and talking rudely to his employees several times. Now I see why employee moral is so bad! I recently overheard him apologizing to a customer who had a complaint. I’m not sure exactly what the complaint was about. But he apologized by trying to throw another store manager under the bus. He blamed her for being new and not doing a good job. I found his apology to the customer to be an undermining and a very unprofessional. I would not hire him! He is not a good example of leadership material. A change in leadership may be exactly what helps improve the store.
