Had a problem with a lid on my drink not fitting right due to them running out & caused my drink to spill. I am usually not one to complain so I was hesitant about calling to tell them my situation but I am so glad I did! I spoke with Jess, who was very kind and apologetic about the whole situation & offered to give me another free drink on a different day!

Rude employees that couldn't care less if they don't make your drink in time. I understand they're understaffed and busy, but that is no excuse to be rude to customers when they haven't spoken with a single employee about their order. Careful not to wait too patiently! A lady named Mya was totally disrespectful! She was just leaning on the counter looking at her phone ignoring me the whole time. Put your phone down and do your job!
