“My Mom and I had given up on the Hacienda on Green River Road a long time ago. We decided to try the Hacienda in Darmstadt and it was great! The service and the food were much better than we expected. I love their salsa. It's not chunky and has a great flavor.The most interesting experience was the bathroom sinks. The hand dryer is part of the faucet and it looks like handle bars. As I washed my hands, I was curious what the bars were sticking out either side of the faucet. All of a sudden, they kicked on and started blowing air! I'm not a jumpy person, but it made me jump. So beware of the bathroom faucets/hand dryers!“
“We eat here at least once a week. My husband loves the Wet Burrito, but the Original Taco is my favorite. We always sit in the bar area since it is quieter, and we love the patio area. Great service, good food, decent prices, and portions are enough that if you walk out hungry you have nobody to blame but yourself. Love the complimentary chips to munch on while you wait. They have salsa to go with the chips or nacho cheese dip if you ask for it. I wish they had different salsas. My son-in-law likes his salsa hot enough to put blisters in his mouth, but I can’t stand even the mild like they have here. It would be nice to have different levels of heat. But I love it anyway and as I said, we go sometimes two or three times in a week. So yeah, I highly recommend it!“
“Food truck tacos... Good. I'm not really sure why the atmosphere wasn't great. Maybe because it was Friday night and no one was there and it was so lit up with lights? The food was good though. We had a waitress who was very cherry and tried to do her best. Which is great, love good service.Parking: The lot is kind of small.Kid-friendliness: Always kid friendly.“
“Ok American Mexican food at reasonable prices.I had the chimichango... ground beef... w white quest. It was fine. I've definitely had better and more authentic. The rice was very overseasoned and again... not terribly authentic... kinda tastes like the box kind.My son had the chicken quesadilla... he said it was good.My mom had the fajitas. It was the best quality item at the table and she enjoyed it.I had a Pina colada.... which was tasty.We had friends eating with us too. One had a specialty quesadilla and a margarita.I wouldn't go back by my own choice, but if I were meeting others there I'd not object.“
