“So, I have had a smash burger once before a month or so ago and it was very good and fresh tasting. I quite enjoyed it. So tonight my husband goes and gets dinner of smash burgers and fries. And I have to say it was just awful. The fries had a horrible taste of bad oil that needed changed and the burger and bun was burnt and had an awful after taste. Needless to say, we did not eat. We couldn't. Maybe y'all had a bad night? Idk but to have something that bad after having a really great one was very disappointing. Especially for the price. The staff was great and helpful while waiting for our meals. Just need to make sure you have the same quality of food daily.”

“First time there, we were going to a show in Gas City, pulled up restaurants near Gas City , Grains & Grill came up, decided to try it. Food was FABULOUS! Highly recommend this place!! Friendly service, Hubby got the Wedge Salad (ampl) I got the Crab Cake Appetizer, so good! He got the bone in pork chop with smashed potatoes, I got the filet with mashed potatoes & asparagus! Cooked to perfection & the filet was so good! We will be taking another trip up! 😀”

“We did a pickup order on Mother’s Day. Phenomenal staff and establishment!! The owner saw that my husband was upset and she offered to pray with him. What a gift from God that prayer was that day! The food was hot when we got home and it was cooked to perfection! And I have a lot of dietary needs, and I can say that they cooked it perfectly. 10/10 for sure! We had the boil bags and a side order of crab legs and shrimp 🍤. Please go see them and I pray God blesses their establishment.”

“Pappies food never disappoints. HUGE portions, great prices and friendly staff. My hubby and I had dinner here for under $30 including beverages, and left with enough leftovers for another meal. You can barely get a fast food meal for that. This is a small family owned business with some of the best BBQ I have ever had. Give them a try!”

“The Fazoli store in Marion, Indiana… if Fazoli’s is anything that is represented by this company, then Fazoli‘s is a top-notch company. Fazoli‘s has outstanding staff. Not only is the staff outstanding but the general manager, Mike I’ve known Mike for a while. I’ve known Mike for a long time and I can tell that he is a family man and he runs his business like a family man. You can tell that his employees are treated like family. Mike is very professional and has a professional demeanor. He runs the store top-notch. It is a clean store. The food quality is outstanding and the staff is outstanding. The friendliness is outstanding and like I said one more time the food quality was great. It was hot. Everything was great and I just can’t say enough about Mike. You could tell that the way the store is ran has his fingerprints are all over it. Mike is an outstanding boss and you can tell because the staff wants to work for him. So far every fast food place in the states likes to take your card. Question...do you take the cards when people come in ???? If not why do you do so at the drive thru 🙄?????”

“The donuts were clearly labeled, and there was a wide variety that would definitely appeal to many donut lovers. I did not try their coffee, but I am picky about coffee and vear away from new coffee shops at times. They had a good selection of gluten-free items, however these delicious treats sell our relatively quick, so early birds are the victors here.

The oatmeal dream pie is just that: dreamy. I would suggest halving it and eating some now and some later, but to each their own. The gluten-free donuts aren't dry at all, and the icing is just right.”
