This isn't an easy review to write. If this place was in Indy, I would say "It's trying to be too many things and should concentrate on doing fewer things the best they can." But it isn't in Indy. Smaller towns have different needs and I support when someone steps up in the community to fill that need (I would much rather see that than some big box store take over!)
