Out of SIX people that were standing around the other day, it was the person making the pizzas that asked if I had been helped. That’s pretty terrible customer service. Even if you’re being trained (which it didn’t seem like it) someone could at least acknowledge a customer that’s been standing there for literally 10 minutes. The phone wasn’t ringing or anything, I usually don’t have any bad experiences here but the past few times I’ve gone the customer service has been absolutely terrible. I don’t expect things to be given to me as soon as possible, we are all human but for people to stand around and just act like they don’t care at the job that’s kind of sad.

I've ordered delivery twice and received nothing. The first time I called 30 min after it was to arrive and was told there was no delivery driver so they cancelled my order - no call or notification.The most recent time, no one would even pick up the phone.

I keep trying to give this restaurant a chance. I love Hot Box Pizza and this is the only location that is near my home. the last 4 times I've ordered online have been terrible experiences. currently waiting 30 minutes after my scheduled delivery time and the girl on the phone can only tell me "the driver is out with the pizza now". The last time my food never showed up, and once they just left it on my porch and missed half the order.update: the driver left this order on the porch of my neighbors home down the street. not even a close house number.

Carry out: 4-5 stars. Dine in: 2 stars. We have enjoyed Hot Box Pizza many times. This location needs some help. I think they may rely too much on Carry Out service. We tried to come here a week ago but my parents didn't want to stay after we walked in. We came back by ourselves tonight, and I think my parents were right. The floors and seats looked clean, but that was it. All of the glass is filthy. Table tops were not wiped down. Exterior windows and the entry vestibule were smeared with grey haze. Both bathrooms had an unpleasant smell and were out of paper towels (so how were the workers using the facilities and not aware of this?). And the top of the trash cabinet was not just dirty but sticky (I tried to wipe it off with a napkin).Nothing behind the counter was visibly unclean, but it's hard to think that the rest of the restaurant could be like this and the back be clean. After waiting a long time for the food I went to the counter and the girl at the register (the only one we had seen all night) if it was close. She got a bit of a shocked look on her face, then went to check where they were holding pizzas. Out was sitting there. She brought it over and apologized saying, " we do usually have people dining in, so I was waiting to someone to come in and ask for it". Then I asked where the bread sticks were and she again looked surprised if walked to the back, then returned and said she would bring them out when they were ready. We had no complaints about the food. Good pizza and breadsticks. Had this been a carry out order, maybe 5 stars.
Quick afternoon fix for hot pizza. Empty location, only one worker who seemed uninterested in being there. Got 2 lunch specials, never asked if we wanted a drink or sides. Just rang up the sale, said it'll be 10 mins. Then walked away. Took about 20 minutes, Food was fine, nothing memorable and no one came in while we waited. Had better experiences at the 116th location.

Always fast, hot, friendly, deals are good. Like the breadsticks and dip. Leopard box is a great deal

Ordered pizza and breadsticks, $40, for delivery. Was told pizza would be delivered in about 30 minutes. After over an hour, I called HBP to see what was going on. Employee told me they had trouble finding a driver because their system was messed up. But she said that the pizza had just left the store and we should be receiving it shortly. Pizza showed up about 10 mins later. Pizza and sticks as well as the sauces for the sticks, were cold and unenjoyable. They could have very easily remade the order when they knew it had been sitting for almost an hour before they were able find a delivery person for it. After a $6 tip, we spent $45 on a pizza and sticks that we didn’t even eat. Will never order from this location again. Could have at the very least called and told us what was going on.

Walked in and it was pretty quiet. Normally go to the other Fishers location. It was one guy, Jay, running the show but he was very helpful and was honest about what I should order because they were out of some items. Pizzas were made very well and I was very happy with the service. I’ll have to start hitting up this location more. Thanks Jay!

Over cooked pizza with no sauce or cheese on half of the pizza. Worst pizza ever and did not notice until I got home and it was to late by then
