Just left the deli and the gentleman literally slicing meat behind the counter advised me they were closed. No closed sign up on the counter. Online hours say open until 8pm. This is after I stood there for 10 minutes without any greeting. A woman from the bakery came over to let him know he had a customer. Only to be told that they close at 715pm. Odd time to close. Frustrating.

This store razes about fresh produce, but it's not. I bought some strawberries a couple of days ago and a day later it is growing fuzz. I also bought a 5lb bag of potatoes and two days later there's this really bad smell in my cabinets, it was a rotten potato and I had to through the hole bag away. This is ridiculous, with the cost of food these days we shouldn't have to worry about buying bad food and produce.

I come here all the time and I'm usually satisfied, but today half of my ripped as I was putting my groceries in my car. Very inconvenient and I hope this was just a bad batch of grocery bags.

I went to Kroger to get some groceries and it was nothing out of the ordinary. Checking out was a an adventure because I had to do the self-checkout and it was a madhouse. The self-checkout kept interrupted my transactions and had to get someone to assist me each time I tried to scan an item. The staff worker apologized and acted like she did not know what she was doing. Finally, I was able to scan all my items, check out, and be on my way. They are definitely not organized at this Kroger when it comes to self-checkout. Only one register was open, and it was slow, so I can understand why that was the case. All the Krogers I have been to lately seem to be disorganized and not operating smoothly, so this location was no exception. If I am passing by this location again, I may stop in to grab some groceries, but it will not be very much. This is not my top Kroger location. Will definitely move on to something else.

WORST GROCERY STORE LOCATION IN NORTH AMERICA!!!. No parking. Empty shelves. Never a shopping cart in sight. High prices. Disgruntled employees & co-shoppers. Poor & inept management leads this charge. Confident all of my fellow shoppers hate this location as much as me. Go ahead and ask one of us/them. All of the above are always a certainty when visiting this store over the last four years. Ray, Steve and Angela and Eric (?) in dairy/frozen always do their best and miraculously seem to try to make a difference daily.

Compared to other grocery options, I would pass on this one if possible. Good for basics shopping only. Compared to the investment in other Kroger locations it feels like they are looking to offload this location. Fresh bakery bread is not available. Deli selections (sides) are gross looking, unhealthy, bland and rarely "turned over" for freshness. The quick serve area for fruit is underwhelming. They never seem to have more than two cashiers working so you have to use self checkout which only has room to fill four bags. They only offer 3-4 types of pasta shapes (if it's not spaghetti, penne, bowtie, or elbow forget it.) Parking is tight. The fresh flower section has improved recently.

Bathroom was disgusting. No toilet paper dirty full trash . I had to get toilet paper from shelf . Appallingly and you're merging with Albertsons!!

Always short on staff. Had pick up order delayed multiple times. We spend too much money here to have such poor service. Taking grocery shopping elsewhere!

Ditto to the other reviews - no where to park, not enough staff, generally unhelpful. The pharmacy is so understaffed I have given up and transferred my prescriptions across town to where I will pay more because they just don't keep up with demand, are slightly rude (probably from being overworked, to be fair and the one guy is super nice). The grocery pick up is absolutely useless because the stuff isn't ready or it's supposedly out of stock except actually on the shelf when you go by. The u-scan cashier was so unhelpful I walked out and left my cart at u-scan because fixing an incorrect price was outside of their scope. Seriously- different Kroger or target is the way to go because this location is not it.

Bad attitude of customer service staff. Granny is nice. Today, there was a lady who was very bad. i don't like it very much!

This Kroger is pretty bad. Every time I come here, they are out of pertinent items. The produce section is always empty, and the cut fruit always looks like it's been sitting for a while. I stopped in today to grab a hot rotisserie for a quick meal, and even they looked halfway cooked. I actually put my cart back and decided to go to another location. I have to stop convincing myself that this location will get me by because it never does.

Produce is always bad, baggers will literally throw your items. I have had multiple instances of bruised produce and broken items. Not sure what it is with this location, the Kroger down the road is fine....

I live close by and frequent here quite often. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful if I can't find something or need advice on a cut of meat in the butcher area. Checkout staff are very pleasant. Only complaint would be that it can be challenging to find parking due to the gas station taking up the prime part of their lot.

The manager flipped me off. love Kroger. I have no issues with them. Kindness kills so here's a 5 star rating, but the manager in the white shirt with ear piece needs an attitude adjustment.
